As a learning organization, our philosophy is to regularly engage team members to create a strong continuous feedback loop to coach, learn, and recognize performance. Talent Connect is the system that supports this process.

Talent Connect Tools

The graphic on the right describes our organization’s annual review process we follow in Talent Connect. It’s a collaborative process between a leader and a team member to identify strengths and opportunities.

In 2022, we announced new tools in Talent Connect available to support performance reviews. 

  • Self-Evaluation: All team members are encouraged to comment on their performance in Talent Connect.
  • 360 Development Feedback: Use this option to gather feedback from team members’ peers and colleagues. Use anytime of the year. 
  • Alternate Reviewer: Leaders have an option to collaborate with another people leader to complete the review, if the leader:
    1. Is on Leave of Absence
    2. Has more than 50 direct reports
    3. Needs feedback from a previous leader for internal transfers.
