Types of Follow-Up Education
Insights Discovery is a powerful and interactive tool that improves communication, decision-making and performance to achieve team and organizational goals. But the learning doesn’t stop there. Teams are encouraged to deepen their learning and application of Insights through a variety of follow up education sessions.
- Facilitated Team Education Sessions: one-hour sessions that use Insights to teach applicable skills on a variety of topics.
- Facilitated Team Deep Dive: a facilitated conversation that uses Insights to dig deep into topics that are meaningful to the team.

Facilitated Education Sessions
Insights Follow Up Facilitated Education sessions are interactive courses that draw on Insights concepts to enhance understanding and application of meaningful skills.
Prerequisite: All participants of an Insights follow up session must have completed an Insights Discovery session and have a current Insights profile (within the last 5 years).

Adapting and Connecting
Recognize the unique needs of each color energy and learn skills to adapt your communication to enhance mutual understanding and connection. Realize the impact of enhanced connection on your personal and professional relationships.
Conflict Resolution
Understanding conflict and how to manage conflict is essential in all work environments. This course draws a deeper understanding of ways to effectively recognize conflict and techniques to manage the strengths and challenges associated with each color energy.
Discovering Team Effectiveness
Improve rapport, relationships and productivity. This session enables teams to achieve their collective goals, confront problems, inspire success and unlock potential.
Giving and Receiving Feedback
This course provides a simple communication tool for providing effective and well-rounded feedback by leveraging all four color energies. Participants will learn tips and strategies for providing and receiving insightful feedback.
Insightful Communication
Effective dialogue allows teams to work more effectively and efficiently. Participants will learn a communications process that is most effective in working with each Insights color. Verbal and email communication tips are described.
Insights into Learning Styles
This session provides insightful information to assist with balancing learning needs against preferred learning styles. This session will focus on understanding the components of each learning style, color energies preferences and increasing motivation during the learning process.
Facilitated Team Deep Dive
Insights Deep Dive is a facilitated team conversation that drives deep discussion of topics meaningful to your team, through the lens of Insights. These thought-provoking conversations are meant to increase awareness, broaden perspective and enhance teamwork through a deep exportation of the connection between Insights and team dynamics.
Prerequisite
All participants of an Insights follow up session must have completed an Insights Discovery session and have a current Insights profile (within the last 5 years).
Focus of the Deep Dive
An Insights facilitator will work with you to identify 4-5 key questions for your team to discuss in depth. Questions will be tailored to the unique needs of your team. Common focus areas include: teamwork, leadership, decision making, resiliency, self-awareness and motivation.
What to Expect
Deep Dive sessions begin with a brief overview of the Insights color energies and a review of guiding principles that drive open and honest conversations. Participants will be given time to process the questions individually before discussing with the group.
Logistics
Deep dives are ideal for teams of up to 20 employees. Session will be anywhere from 1.5 – 2 hours depending on need. As a leader, your investment in setting the stage and creating the an open environment is critical to the success of your session.
