Basic Profile

Transformational Leadership Profile
Recommended for director level and above.- Learn about your strengths, opportunities for growth, your leadership style, and how your unique preferences impact how you lead.
The Insights Discovery Basic Profile
The Insights Discovery Basic Profile includes two comprehensive chapters: a foundational chapter and a management chapter.
Foundation Chapter
At the core of the profile sits the Foundation Chapter. This includes an Overview of Personal Style, Key Strengths & Weaknesses, Value to the Team, Communication, Possible Blind Spots, and Suggestions for Development.
The Foundation chapter also includes a visual representation of your color energies and placement with a 72-Type wheel.
Management Chapter
The Management chapter helps you increase your understanding of how to manage others and how you likely prefer to be managed. It explores our Ideal Environment, Needs in Being Managed, Motivation, and Management Style.

The Insights Transformational Leadership Profile builds on the Basic Profile by giving you a unique, personal framework of how to lead more effectively at the individual, team, and organizational level. This profile takes a multi-dimensional approach to helping you develop as a leader, increase your self-awareness, and motive others to be their best self.
