Technology

One of the first steps in getting started with the organization is setting up your access. When setting up your technology access, you’ll need to create passwords for different systems. See a high-level summary below.

Independent Passwords

  • LMS: First time password: “hello”, your unique password expires every 365 days
  • Jobs/Careers: Create on site, does not expire
  • P-Card/Out of Pocket Expenses (if applicable): Create on site, expires every 90 days

Off-network Access Instructions: Multi-Factor Authentication

  • Employees will need to be registered for multi-factor authentication (MFA) in order to access the intranet (intranet.fairview.org) when not on a Fairview network. Instructions for adding MFA and FAQs are located here.
